A U.S. Army medic allegedly conspired with his lover to kill his wife last year at the couple’s home at Aliamanu Military Reservation, a military housing complex in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Sgt. Michael Walker was arrested by FBI agents Wednesday after a federal grand jury indicted him for murder in the Nov. 14, 2014 stabbing death of his wife, Catherine Walker.
Walker is charged with conspiring with his lover, Ailsa Jackson (pictured above), to kill his wife. She was indicted last year in Indiana on first-degree murder charges. The plans were captured in a series of impassioned text messages that are now being used as evidence against them.
“I want you so bad!!!” was one text message on Oct. 12, 2014. “If only someone was out of the way!”
In a November email, Jackson allegedly wrote about needing his permission to act: “The anticipation is exhausting. The thrill is faltering. I’m growing impatience, tired and hungry for action.”
Catherine Walker was stabbed multiple times while she slept in the upstairs bedroom at the couple’s home. Jackson allegedly used a knife from the kitchen after entering the house with a key that was left near the back door, the report says.
Sgt. Walker is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
