Some White folks have found another reason to be upset about the representation of Blacks on the big and small screen. And they are shedding a lot of White tears because the characters are not subjugated and the cast is comprised of people of color.

After Friday’s premiere of Marvel’s Luke Cage on Netflix, a lot of White fans of the comic book series complained that the show was, ahem, “too Black,” even calling it racist.

Some fans (or non fans) took to social media to express dismay about the super Black, Marvel show which is set in Harlem, New York and boasts a cast full of African-American and Latino characters.

Of course, Black Twitter got involved to help them dry their White tears:

How many tears will they shed when White children become outnumbered by children of color in the United States within the next five years? Sound off in comments.

And if you haven’t seen Luke Cage, catch it on Netflix and share your thoughts.
