Gov. Greg Abbott said during an appearance on the Joe Pags show that Texas might consider challenging a 1982 U.S. Supreme Court decision requiring states to offer free public education to all children. Apparently, he's against the law because "all children" includes illegal immigrant children.

Charles Johnson IV filed a lawsuit against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday. According to the suit, hospital officials ignored signs Kira Johnson was bleeding internally. Her husband pleaded with nurses for his wife to be readmitted, but was told his wife ‘wasn’t a priority.’

A Florida man was caught on camera in the midst of a profane, slur-heavy verbal attack on Black students at South Miami Middle School after he said the students hit his car.

A white couple was reportedly "yelling racist and homophobic slurs," according to the poster of a Tik Tok video, and behaving unruly until got kicked off of a JetBlue flight in West Palm Beach, Florida. But to let one mile-high Karen tell it, they were kicked off the flight simply because they're Trump supporters. 

Police Brutality

29-year-old Jalen Randle was shot and killed in Houston, Texas, last week and his family is outraged and looking for answers. Police were after him over felony warrants. He was shot after exiting a car with a bag HPD said contained a gun.

Supporting the work of abortion funds and reproductive justice organizations is paramount.

Race Matters

Tracey Kay McKee is a registered Republican in Arizona who has been vocal about the widespread voter fraud that cost Donald Trump his re-election. She was found guilty of using her dead mother's ballot to cast a vote and was sentenced to probation while Black women like Crystal Mason and Pam Moses got years in prison.

Although it is not officially recognized as a holiday in the United States, many organizers commemorate International Workers’ Day and the necessity of collective action.
