White House Senior Advisor for Public Engagement Trey Baker highlighted several areas of the president's agenda directly impacting Black communities, as the president makes a big push for his expansive infrastructure plan.
Senior Advisor to the president, Cedric Richmond, said the bipartisan infrastructure framework was designed to address issues disproportionately impacting Black and other communities of color.
Including previously introduced proposals such as investments in infrastructure, jobs, childcare and early childhood education, the new Biden budget seeks to reposition Americans socially and economically.
