The three people charged with making violent threats have no relation to each other, Nolan Wells’s family, and don’t even live in Mississippi.
The parents of Nolan Wells have been subjected to racist attacks over the last month simply for wanting to know what led to their son’s death.
The letters were sent to the families of the friends that Nolan Wells was last seen with before his mysterious death earlier this month.
Audio was revealed where the friends Nolan Wells traveled with before his death experienced boat malfunctions on their return home.
Judge Ashlee Cole, whose son was one of the people Nolan Wells was on July 4th, said on Facebook post that family has been receiving death threats.
Ashlee Cole, a Chancery Judge for District 16-2 in Mississippi, wrote in a Facebook post on Tuesday that her son, Warren, "loved Nolan dearly."
