While the economy is gradually rebounding, a new poll found that some Black people are still struggling. According to the November Temperature Check Poll from Black to the Future Action Fund, 42 percent of Black adults described their financial situation as "bad." And one-third of respondents reported their financial situations have worsened.

Earlier this week, Black to the Future Action Fund released a new poll showing Black adults support major reforms that address Black communities' challenges with long-term solutions instead of quick fixes.

Including previously introduced proposals such as investments in infrastructure, jobs, childcare and early childhood education, the new Biden budget seeks to reposition Americans socially and economically.
