Former Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, a prime suspect in the deadly Flint Water Crisis, was being rewarded by Harvard University as victims of the deadly environmental disaster were still searching for closure.

Those targeted by the city owe at least six months of back water bills and that they must pay by May 19 or possibly lose their homes via foreclosure.

State police have yet to make a statement, but initial reports say two of the victims are court bailiffs and one is the shooter, who was in custody on an unknown charge.

Despite authorities' claims that filtered water is safe for human consumption, Flint Mayor Karen Weaver says that some homes' faucets do not fit the filters, and therefore bottled water is still needed for many.
