Myles Cosgrove, who killed Breonna Taylor, rammed his car into a truck and then pulled his gun on the owner and bystanders, witnesses said.

Det. Joshua Jaynes and Det. Myles Cosgrove will officially be terminated after receiving notice of the LMPD's impending decision last week.
