A PG county police officer has been suspended following a viral video depicting him entering the back seat of a police car with a woman.
Prince George's police Corporal Michael Owen, Jr., a Black man, was arrested and charged with murder in record time for shooting William Green, who was handcuffed and seated in a police car, seven times at close range.
The episode in suburban Washington was eerily reminiscent of another earlier this month in Dallas.
