An unidentified cop in Sacramento, California is under investigation after being caught on video repeatedly punching a Black man accused of jaywalking during a violent arrest Monday.

A video shows two Sacramento officers attempt to hit a mentally ill suspect with their car. After they missed, the officers got out of their vehicle and shot him 14 times.

Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies booked Marshall on voluntary manslaughter charges. He is currently being held on $100,000 bail, KTLA reports.

Once the two groups clashed, sticks, pieces of concrete and glass bottles were used as weapons. A TWP member told CNN the group was armed with knives and blades in advance.
