Once again, the legal system has reminded Black America that our children can be murdered in the marketplace and their killers can be afforded reasonable doubt.
On Monday, a jury found 61-year-old Chikei Rick Chow not guilty of murdering Cyrus Carmack-Belton, who was accused of stealing water from the Shell gas station Chow owns
