Brooklyn Man Sues City After Cops Tasered Him During Parking Stop

Brooklyn – A Brooklyn man is suing the city of New York after cops tasered him three times during an argument over a parking ticket.

The confrontation led to the scar the size of a dime after the prong from the taser had to be surgically removed from his back.
