It is however very true about McDonald’s. For some reason if you have a problem with your food after paying for it, they refuse to give you any money back. I had a bad burger one time in 2009 and they argued with me about a refund too. I just took another sandwich but it was only AFTER I had to talk to the manager and convince him that I wanted something else off of the menu. It was really insulting that it is all conversed at the counter in front of the entire staff and other customers. I have only been back to a MCDonald’s two times since then but after seeing this, I may just start being Ronald MCDonald in my own kitchen. Wow!

The video was funny but why didn’t they just give the lady her money back instead of trying to give her another burger? Ok, I feel her….I had to go “Medea” on a Wendy’s manager once. If you’re from the DC area you can feel me on the TRIFFLIN fast food mangers, and not being able to communicate just to order your food with the NON- english speaking employees…pretty much the new guy at the window spoke poor english, and KEPT giving me the wrong order over and over and over again…so I was still being nice at this point but I asked to speak to the manger; this dirty nasty hood rat brushed her employee off (I watched her do this when he said a customer wanted to speak to her), so I asked again to speak to the manager (already sitting in the drive through 10 min at this point.) and she came to the window threw it open and said “WHAT”; stunned I asked if I could get the rest of my order and then we started arguing and I asked for my money back and finally she said “that’s all your getting” and slams the window…..yeah, at first I was going to drive around and set it off in Wendy’s this is principal; but then it hit me, I’ll just sit at the window until I get my money or food…..so to make a long story short after she called PG.county (it was a Friday night, they AIN’T coming!) and they never showed up and people started backing out of the drive thru, she threw my money at me and tried to snatch my food back; but I left it all over her drive thru for her…..well I don’t know the background of this young lady’s story but if her experience was anything like mine….I don’t know know????

I get sick to my stomach thinking about Mcdonalds. None of their food is good so why is she that mad? Especially the burgers. I tasted 1 (and their nuggets and fries) the other day and threw it all up. ugh!
