I knew he was bad for Detroit from the moment I first saw him. Don’t know why anybody voted for him at all. Kwame is sc** and the worst possible type too. The combined local/federal task force investigating him will have his *ss when all is said and done. No doubt in my mind though that he will eventually profit off a book and movie about him being the worst politician to ever breath air. He not only killed Tamara, there’s a whole trash can full of other sh*t he’s done while Mayor. That former police-chief (Bully-C**mins) better not get too comfortable in her retirement. After helping this dirt bag commit criminal acts against Detroiters, her butt needs to fry in the same skillet.

LOTS of people voted for Kwame. he didn’t get in for 2 terms by sleeping his way to the mayor’s office. he worked hard (at the beginning). i was living in windsor through his campaign and first term in office and he did a lot for the city in the 1st 4 years and brought to life alot of things that former Mayor Archor had in the works or wanted to bring into fruition. Within his term the city actually started to look clean and there was actually things to see and do IN Detroit without having to drive 30mins out of the city. Business, lofts, condos and stores. It was looking good. After the superbowl it started the downward spiral into hell in a handbasket. But don’t act like the ppl never voted for him. They did.

I fill bad for her son, he so misses his mother. Green family keep your head and prayers up. Prayerfully the truth will come out. The mayors of big cities don’t really run them. They are just the public faces you see. The real power behind major metropolitan areas are the bosses who have dirt on the mayors and will hang them out to dry when they get out of line. Sorry MsLee, but have you taken a look inside the city lately? LMAO!!! During those first 4 yrs and beyond, not only has he brought the city down with his scandals along with his criminal croonies, he’s been an embarrassment since he took office. He’s done nothing but lie, steal and cheat, and bankrupt the city since he took office. This is why so much of the city’s services suck, because of lack of funds he stole. I know I didn’t vote for him… Besides, when he ran for the second term, I thought they “rigged” it. I too lived on the northwest side, and let me tell you, if he had done soooo much for the city why are alot of the neighborhoods and major streets still blighted and in such turnmoil?

@ baadboy… ummm seriously? you know as well as i do that the only thing that separates windor and the D is water and it’s but 20 mins to cross that ditch. i’m well read and well travelled and took particular interest in what was going on AROUND me at the time. you know as well as I do that the city transformed quite a bit within the last 10 years, specifically in the last 5 and that was well within Kwame’s time. are you saying it didn’t? i’m not saying Kwame’s the greatest mayor of all time, but in the 1st term he DID make a difference in the city. you take it personal if you want to, but the fact still remains… now i see why they closed so many schools in 313/810 cuz clearly the education was not sinking in… lack of conversations skills and the ability to have a healthly conscious debate….
