Lee Najjar, the phantom man whom Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta’s” Kim Zolciak kept cloaked all throughout the reality show’s season, now has a widely publicized mugshot.

Najjar was arrested in Atlanta for failing to appear in court after he allegedly neglected to maintain a storm water system at one of his homes reports TMZ. He faces a $75,000 fine as well for violating the ordinance.

Zolciak’s former Puerto Rican lover, whose nickname was made famous by her appearance on the show throughout seasons one and two, was released from custody after being taken into the Fulton County Sheriff’s department on November 6.
Known for flaunting his wealth, Najjar once showcased his Atlanta mansion on an episode of MTV’s “Teen Cribs.” He also lavished Zolciak with expensive cars, jewelry; he purchased a home for her and showered her with anything her little heart desired, which was evident on the show.

Since Najjar and Zolciak parted company, she married Atlanta Falcons football player Kroy Biermann in November 2011 and they went on to have two children with another currently on the way.
Zolciak has two girls from two former relationships.
