Since 2008, Ms. Fraser-Howze has served as the Senior Vice President of Government and External Affairs for OraSure Technologies, Inc., a leader in the development, manufacture and distribution of oral fluid diagnostic, collection devices and other technologies designed to diagnose critical medical conditions. She is responsible for developing business opportunities in new markets; works with lawmakers to ensure resources are available to communities in need of testing; and develops external opportunities with clients, stakeholders and business partners.
