Wendy Williams has been going through several issues over the past few months. She injured her arm, has been having ongoing thyroid issues, her husband allegedy got another woman pregnant and she reportedly will file for divorce. Now there is a new report that her daytime talk show is jeopardy.
Love B. Scott exclusively reports that although the chat fest was renewed through 2019-2020, the future of the show past that season is allegedly uncertain. There are “concerns over Wendy’s health are clouding chances for any further renewal.”
In addition, the site says they received a cease and desist letter from Wendy’s lawyers, asking to remove the story that her husband had another woman pregnant and she was filing for divorce. The letter states, “Mrs. Wendy Williams-Hunter and Mr. Kevin Hunter categorically deny each and every allegation made by your ‘sources’, even if not specifically enumerated herein.”
The letter is a bizarre twist considering the talk show diva has made a career out of talking about other people.
Allegedly, Wendy’s husband, Kevin Hunter, has a longtime mistress who he bought a home for just down the street from them, which the Daily Mail reported.
Love B. Scott also claims the 54-year-old is struggling with self-medicating herself. Radar Online claims Wendy can “barely stand at times” and her friends say there’s a “major problem.”
Wendy did say to her fans that on Instagram, “I did that to power through and try to deliver a great show for you, against the better judgment of the many people around me who genuinely care for my well-being. I really do ride or die for my craft and give 200%.”
She added, “Not to mention everyone is aware at this point about my thyroid condition (don’t cry for me Argentina). For all my fellow thyroid sufferers, you know what the deal is… Needless to say… I have no regrets and I appreciate everyone’s genuine concern for my wellness and care. I promise you a better Wendy in 2019.”
Wendy has been getting slammed on social media for making a career out of talking about people and now she is a hot topic. ‘Family Matters’ actress Cherie Johnson ripped into Williams, saying she needs to find Jesus.
Nonetheless, we hope Wendy’s health improves.
