T.I. and Tiny Harris will be avoiding further prosecution due to their case falling outside the statute of limitations.

LAPD authorities are investigating rapper T.I. and his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris of the R&B group Xscape, in reference to an allegation of sexual assault and drugging which reportedly took place in 2005.

A lawyer is asking law enforcement in California and Georgia to open a criminal investigation against the celebrity couple following accusations of “forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation."

T.I. is not here for a divorce and is allegedly trying to work things out with his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris.

Besides T.I. and Tiny, Mary J. Blige and Kendu Isaacs, and Angelia and Brad Pitt split in 2016.

Today Mediatakeout.com has reported that rapper T.I. has agreed to a 6 month plea deal for the September 2nd arrest in which he and his wife Tiny were found with possession of controlled substances.

Grammy-winning rapper T.I., who is still on probation after spending time behind bars on gun charges, was arrested along with his wife on drug charges after police smelled alleged marijuana coming from their car, authorities said.
