O’ FALLON, Ill. — An African-American man is being indicted for sending threats signed by the Ku Klux Klan to local officials.
Justin Lamar Kidd, 28, sent a letter to the police department warning that a complex would be burned down if “all the blacks” aren’t removed. Another letter to City Hall said “Get all the blacks out of O’Fallon before we start burning the(ir) houses down. KKK warning.”
