An increasing number of House Democrats are joining together to force Rep.  Anthony Weiner to resign from his seat.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi led the front Wednesday, after a new explicit photo of Weiner was released, saying “in light of Anthony Weiner’s offensive behavior online, he should resign.”

Tim Kaine, the former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Ross of Arkansas, Michael H. Michaud of Maine, and a host of others all called for Weiner’s resignation.

“I think he should resign immediately,” Rep. Ross said, “and I think all the appropriate authorities should investigate this matter.”
