Michelle Obama joined 400 volunteers Wednesday to build a playground at the Imagine Southeast Public Charter School in Southeast Washington, DC.
The event was spearheaded by the national non-profit group KaBOOM!, which is dedicated to saving and creating play space within walking distance for every child, according to organizers.
