In the seemingly never-ending battle between NBA star Dwyane Wade (pictured bottom) and his ex-wife, Siohvaughn (pictured top), the former miffed missus is now accusing the baller of both denying his children asthma medication and purposefully keeping her away from the kids, according to TMZ.

Siohvaughn has just filed court documents accusing Dwyane of deliberately putting their two young boys’ lives at risk by not allowing them to obtain the proper medications for their chronic respiratory condition that can reportedly result in death if not properly managed.
Siohvaughn alleges in the legal papers that Dwyane “has never obtained any asthma inhalers or asthma nebulizer machines for the children since [Dwyane] was awarded the children in his custody on March 11, 2011.”
According to Siohvaughn, both her boys, ages 5 and 10, require constant monitoring of their condition, so she is asking the courts to legally force Dwyane to become more involved with regards to their children’s medical conditions. She is also requesting that she be kept abreast of any treatments they receive.
Her court requests do not end with her children’s medical conditions, though. Siohvaughn is also now alleging that Dwyane has been purposely not sticking to the visitation schedule as mandated by the court.
The ex-Mrs. Wade is accusing Dwyane of trying to elbow her out of the picture and cutting back on the time she spends with their children, stating in the court documents that her former husband has “continuously and willfully [made] every effort to alienate the children from [her].”
The couple, who were high school sweethearts since age 15 and were married for five years, filed for divorce in 2007. Since their separation, they have been viciously dueling back and forth over custody issues for the past four years.
In March 2011, the courts awarded Dwyane full sole custody over their sons and Siohvaughn was granted regular custody time on alternating weekends, as well as during other times throughout the year.
The ugly and very public divorce was slowed by Siohvaughn’s constant changing of her attorneys. Dwyane also sued his ex for defamation after she made some unfounded allegations against him in 2009. Then there were more claims that Siohvaughn hurled at Dwyane that included allegations of abuse toward his children, which the court found baseless.
