Legendary blues musician B.B. King has been hospitalized after suffering from dehydration related to diabetes. King has had Type II diabetes for over two decades. Last year, the 89-year-old had to cancel eight shows due to his illness. Although he remains hospitalized, his daughter Claudette released a statement saying that he is doing “much better.” Read more.


Sen. Rand Paul to Announce Presidential Bid

Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul is slated to announce that he will officially join the 2016 presidential race today. The 52-year-old Republican will declare his presidential bid at a rally in Kentucky. Sen. Paul hopes to change the face of the Republican party by implementing conservative and libertarian elements into his agenda in efforts to garner votes from the millennial generation and people of color. 100-Year-Old New Jersey Man Commits Murder-Suicide

A crime scene emerged in a quiet New Jersey town on Sunday, after a 100-year-old man killed his wife and then took his own life. Michael Juskin murdered his 88-year-old wife Rosalia with an ax as she was sleeping and killed himself with a knife afterwards. The couple reportedly had domestic issues in the past. Juskin’s family said that he suffered from dementia. “Sometimes he was lucid and sometimes he wasn’t,” said one of his family members. Read more.
