Nearly a month after Bobbi Kristina Brown was laid to rest, her father, Bobby Brown, is accusing her longterm boyfriend Nick Gordon of being involved in her mysterious death, according to People magazine. Brown’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, released a statement to the publication earlier this week, accusing Gordon of “harming” Bobbi Kristina, 21, who was found facedown and unresponsive in a bathtub at her Atlanta, Georgia townhouse. She died on July 26 after she was disconnected from life support that had sustained her since the accident earlier this year. From People:

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon,” said Brown’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, in a statement to PEOPLE on Monday…. “Mr. Gordon made headlines when he filed his Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit pending in Superior Court that seeks to hold him responsible for 40 million dollars in damages,” continues the statement. “However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath.

No criminal charges have been filed against Gordon. A cause of death has been determined, but the Fulton County Medical Examiner is holding the information pending an investigation into the death.

Do you think Gordon had something to do with Brown’s accident? Sound off in the comments…
