Wow that’s crazy I’ve heard people’s damn cell phones go off and they didn’t get anything even tho when you go in the judge says cut all cell phones off but do people listen oh well but this is really f**ked up can’t even yawn anymore damn!!!!!

In my opinion this 6 month sentence very much unwarranted. I think the judge was having a bad day.

As a black man in America this is not a shock to me this is a clear abuse of
authority to me, Its clear Judges all over this country as a tendency to act irrational when It comes to the power that lies in there hand and It is even more sadden the Black people all over the world are hit with the hardest arm
of the law no matter what we do rather Its and accident or something done on purpose.The only justice that Blacks will receive in AMERICA and all over the world Is the type of justice that’s worth dieing for outside of that we will continue to be treated as 3/4 of a human being,this Is how the constitution of the United States identify her slaves.We must understand that It was once told to me that God bless the child that has his own and this is why we are treated the way we are treated not only in this country but through out the world, There Is no way Jesus would wanna come back to save this nor us for we are a helpless people who depend on a wicket people to provide us with a justice in this country that was never meant for Us cut and dry, as for the brother that’s sitting in jail he is one of thousands that they are holding hostage all through out the jails of America the question is who is willing to die for our eternal Freedom that God granted to US from day one..
So we can write protest, scream, shout do all we want cause at the end of the day he goes home to his family and friends and talk about how weak the Negros of the so called new world order is with a Black President and still get beat rob and kicked by the same justice system that has been ruling us since the first settlement of slaves on the shore of America..

im a firm believer in justice by law but that was uncalled for and there was a better way of handling that some people take advantage of their position and that’s whats not fair

You Know what some people are straight rude, and many of them know exactly what they doing in the first place. If you’re that sleepy why not say your azz at home. What was on his mind Respect the court. What he could have caused was an extra six months to his cousins sentencing. That person was playing a PSY game with the court, and when you choose to try to throw someone who is speaking off their game you Yawn, cough, sneeze, and you keep doing it, as if it was something needed. That guy got what he ask for. Lesson learned.

This judge probably has made this guy lose his job over some b.s. I have attended court hearings, and people will forget their cell phones are on and it will ring, or people talk in proceedings, and never has a judge done anything so harsh and irrational. I think the judge needs to be reprimanded.

OMG! That is so retarded. He should not get 6 months or any jail time just for yawning. The judge is probably white and if a white man did that, he probably would’ve got away with it. I could see if he stood up and aimed his butt towards the judge and farted out loud without asking to be excused maybe. Come on now, that is just ridiculous .

Seriously, in my courtroom if someone farts aloud i.e by making a loud
bean fart noise that scatters people around that person in my courtroom,I will
sentence the person to six months for messing the air and interrupting my court hearing. I do not care whether you are white or black, you will go to jail.Period! That is the law! The is a warning that goes alongside those who
mess the air in churches and who are above 18 years old.

This is bulls**t!!! Like the older folks always say: There are only 2 laws…The white law and the black. This is some bogus s**t and everyone knows it!

That is extreme in the sense that, if it was disruptive to the proceedings, the judge should have issued a warning. If any other “noise” came from the same person or a member of the defendent’s clan then a stern response such as what happened in this case could be considered just and fair. I think in most other situations as such the average judge would not have fired off on a “white” citizen without a warning.

you think maybe the judge should be the one going to jail for abusing his power.there is no freedom of speech the constitution is a f**king joke.we all know you can only lock up so many people be for said people turn on you. shut em down for good. judges are elected in for life.. they should be a limit on how long a judge can stay like 8 to 10 years.the president dos not get a life term,. people are subjected to these sicko’s for life. This judge is absolutely ridiculous. He is a prime example of a person that you DON’T want in an authoritative position. The man yawned,…..So? He wasn’t being disruptive to the court or disrespectful the judges authority. The spokesman for the court wasn’t even present; he’s getting his information from the Prosecutor, the person of law that is going against the defendent who happens to be Clifton Williams’ cousin. The institution of the court room did the correct measure under the law. It’s called respect people. As you can see how this family was raised very low standards. I sued a girl for breach of contract and her, her friends and her family was there and most of them started swearing at me when I left the court room, I recorded them and they all got disorderly conduct tickets.

I understand the whole concept of being held in contempt of court, however this incidence seems like an overreaction on the part of the judge. Smells more like, if you think you can walk into my courtroom, yawn and make a loud noise and then get away with it, you got another thing coming. I can understand holding in jail for a day or two in contempt but for three freaking weeks?!?!? That abuse of power and there need not be any race issue involved. It is just judicial abuse of power!!!! We are having the same issue with the police. They tend to forget that we put them in those positions and we pay their salaries..this is just a messed up situation all around!!!

Okay 1st of all I believe it has everything to do with race. E.g. i was in Chicago once and some 1 graffitied a restaurant restroom. He happend to be White. I was walking to my car from a different store and suddenly two police cars drove up to me and said “now…we can do this the easy way or the hard way.” in a deep loud voice (guess tryin to scare somebody lol). Three weeks is a little too much, however he has to show respect to the court. Since I wasn’t there I can’t say he did or did not disrespect the court, but the Judge felt he did and he gave him a hard sentencing. I bet he will think twice before he does it again. A fine might have been a better thing
