Well, you know what’s next; She’ll infer that the Obama Administration is to blame for dropping the ball on Fort Hood. It’s hard to know how much traction she’ll get within the GOP, because she’s still not the most intelligent person on the map. But she slops on the lip gloss extra thick and her Newsweek cover gives her an additional sounding board. Also, conservative radicals like Hannity think she’s hot, so she’ll have a platform. Most white people who have never been ‘profiled’ are in favor of it.

I am no Sarah Palin fan, not at all but what is wrong with what she said. Her statement has some truth behind it. I wish that NEWSONE would have expanded this story a little.

This man who killed 13 AMERICAN’S was a devote militant Muslim, who should not have been in the military. After 9/11 this man should have resigned from the military. He was having inter-conflicts with his duty to America as a solider and his religious duty to Allah. Like most fundamentalist be they Christians or Muslims they go to far. They misinterpret the Bible and the Kuran. Allah, Jehovah, Mohammad and Jesus – they promote love and understanding. God is the Judge!~~~ not man.

Humans are not perfect and as humans no matter how intelligent you – you are fallible we make mistakes. We are wired to do so. You may bust your a@@ to be as perfect as possible but you fail each time. It’s like the Right to Lifers… they praise the idiots that bomb free clinics and kill Doctors who provide services that the R2L’ers do not agree with. They murder in the name of God. But does it say “You shall not murder” that is the 6th commandment.

I just think that if the military had not been so PC and blind that they would have stopped him from killing 13 people. If they are going to profile Muslims they need to do it across the board. Every one in the Military should have a profile. If they are doing and saying things that are against American interest then they should not be apart of the Armed Services. Bottom like – this man – was not fit to be in the military, let alone in the mental health profession and the Army knew it and they dropped the ball. The blood of the 13 people who died on that fateful day is on the hands of the Army – the FBI or who ever is in charge of weeding out the bad in the service.

This is just another reason why we should all realize that Sarah Palin shouldn’t be in charge of a damn thing. She’s insensitive, out of touch, and just plain dumb. I mean, “two bags of rocks stapled together” dumb. You can’t go profiling people because of what they believe. For the love of God, our enemy is not Islam. If it was, then how are we any different than the extreme Muslims (or anyone else for that matter) who want to kill anyone who doesn’t believe as they do? Fort Hood was a very tragic situation. But, Islam is not to blame for it. A crazy person who believe in Islam is to blame. Period. And, honestly, I’m sure that he didn’t put that he was crazy Muslim down on his military application. If we start profiling Muslims for violence, then you can be sure that things like profiling blacks for stealing isn’t far behind. Because if all Muslims are crazy Jihadists bent on killing everyone they can, then all black people steal, right?

Palin is a dumbass just looking for the spotlight. If the government starts profiling Muslims, that means that cops can just stop any black person and take them to jail and say we arrested you so that you dont commit a crime. Someone needs to shut her up.

@Divamichachic, Profiling stems from paranoia, and how long do you think it takes for someone who is paranoid for them to misinterpret or blow out of proportion, something innocent that’s said so it matches their paranoid view of you rather than getting to the truth? When Cops start profiling, they start pulling over Blacks who look or are acting suspiciously (whatever that really means) Anyone who remembers the Central Park Jogger case surely remembers how paranoia coupled with stretching, adjusting and embellishing the truth can get innocent people convicted of crimes they didn’t commit. The thing I never get about the Africa comparison is, there are 53 countries on that great continent, yet everyone seems to use 4 or 5 of the Nations as representatives of the entire continent. I can’t believe that all the things that they allege was happening, was indeed happening, and not reported. Now they are “finding” correspondence to ex Al Quaida (sp?) operatives etc. It all seems very fabricated and deliberate to me, and will probably be the catalyst used to eventually erode more civil rights. Lastly I realize it feels good to proclaim how great and free people are, living in the US, but if you check the Patriot act and see how many of your civil rights have been chipped away slowly but surely since the Bush Admin signed it, and extended by the Obama admin, you would see how inaccurate your statement truly is. This country is on a fast track to becoming something that you feel is only found in other, less developed countries.
