Washington — The Obama Administration has begun discussions with pro- gun control and anti-gun control groups (NRA) on moving forward on a new set of firearm policies.

The talks are a direct result of the tragedy that occurred in Arizona two months ago with Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

The president is going with the polls as over 80 percent of Americans, both non gun owners and gun owners, are pushing for stricter background checks on those who buy guns.
