Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi’s son Saif al-Islam was spotted outside Tripoli’s Rixos Hotel early Tuesday, just days after the National Transitional Council’s reported that he had been captured Sunday, CNN’s Matthew Chance reports.
Saif was in a convoy of armored Land Cruisers and spoke to Chance briefly, even pausing for a photo.
