It has been four months since reality star Evelyn Lozada (pictured left) and ex-husband and NFL player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson (pictured) have reportedly come face to face.  The pair has allegedly not been in each other’s company since their nasty breakup, which was the result of domestic violence charges.  Now both Lozada and Johnson, who were separated by their respective attorneys in a Miami, Fla., courtroom, are warring no more. Lozada allegedly extended an olive branch to her former spouse by requesting from the court that the no-contact order that she put in place in September be lifted, according to Radar Online.

According to Lozada’s lawyer, Adam Swickle, Lozada thought dissolving the no-contact order would be a wise move at this point, because she knew that one day she’d likely want to have a sit-down with Johnson to go over all that led to the collapse of their union.

The 37-year-old recent PETA ad nude spokesmodel told RadarOnline, “He is still wearing his wedding ring and still wants to be married.”

Lozada and Johnson began the divorce process just 41 days in to their marriage, after a violent altercation occurred over Lozada finding a receipt for condoms in Johnson’s car. A physical fight ensued, with Lozada sustaining an open gash to her forehead that required stitches.

Johnson was arrested for the assault, and as a result, lost his job as an NFL player, lost endorsement deals, and lost his reality show with Lozada. The seemingly worst outcome for Johnson, though, was that he lost his wife who promptly filed for divorce.

Does Lozada’s recent move signal a possible reconciliation between her and Johnson?  Well, the “Basketball Wives” star told RumorFix.com recently, “I do believe in second chances,” she shared. “I’m not bitter, things happen and yeah, I do believe in second chances. I would want somebody to give me a second chances, and you never know.”
