Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips
Three 4 oz. Chicken Breasts
Taco Seasoning Packet
1/2 cup of Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup of Gaucamole
1/2 cup of Baby Spinach
1/4 cup of Cilantro
1/4 cup of Sour Cream
1/4 cup of Salsa

Dice your chicken into cubes. Season with taco seasoning pack. Heat medium skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook chicken until brown. Set to the side.
Plate your tortilla chips and top with guacamole. Sprinkle chicken on top of guacamole and sprinkle cheese on top of that. Top with salsa, spinach, sour cream and cilantro and squeeze fresh lime juice on top. Enjoy!
