Douglas Poynter (pictured) of Kentucky was reportedly so hellbent on getting neighbors Jesus Alamo (pictured below) and his family out of their home, that he allegedly terrorized them by writing, “KKK wants you to burn,” on their fence with green paint, among other offenses. Now Poynter is facing a slew of charges, including criminal trespassing, attempted arson, terroristic threatening, wanton endangerment, and harassment and menacing, according to WHAS 11.

The alleged racist, however, did not stop with the KKK threat. According to Jesus,  when he confronted Poynter about the threat, Poynter allegedly said, “F**k you, f**k all you immigrants,” even though he was reportedly covered in green paint. Jesus also claims that Poynter threatened to kill the Alamo family first chance he got.

A police report claims, Poynter then took a swing at Jesus who also reportedly pushed him back. When Jesus’ 9-year-old step-daughter witnessed the men’s shovefest and threatened to summon police, Poynter then retreated to his home only to allegedly reappear with a shotgun.  Jesus claims, Poynter then took aim at him with his weapon as he held his 22-month old son in his arms, “It scared me.”

When Louisville police arrived, they reportedly found Poynter covered in green paint but failed to arrest the man or even fine him.

The next day, when Jesus stepped outside of his residence, he reportedly stumbled across gasoline that had been poured across all three of the home’s entryways. After Jesus reportedly called police again, Poynter allegedly appeared outside of Jesus’ home again with his shotgun in tow, saying, “Sooner or later, you’re gonna die. You and your family!”

When police finally arrived on the scene, officers drew their guns after reportedly witnessing Poynter’s threatening antics with his shotgun.

The fuming neighbor was finally placed in cuffs and is awaiting to be arraigned on charges.
