A police report claims that Jackson struck the unidentified man in the face and about the head over a parking space.  The 41-year-old delivery man reportedly told police investigators that when Jackson asked if he was going to be moving from the parking space, he told him he would not be vacating it immediately.

The driver then claims that the 31-year-old gridiron player ordered him to move his vehicle and used expletives to punctuate his demand.  When the driver did not budge, the nine-year NFL veteran allegedly socked him several times.

Jackson, who is worth $22 million, led the Colts with 140 tackles in his first season and contributed a career-high of four sacks. He is the fifth member of the Colts to be arrested since March 2014.

Jackson was reportedly released from jail hours after his arrest but is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
