STRONGSVILLE, Ohio — President Barack Obama is delivering a new appeal to Congress on health care — “we need courage.”

WASHINGTON — A final agreement nearly in hand, President Barack Obama and Democratic leaders are about to embark on one last sales job that will determine the outcome of the president’s signature health care overhaul.

From CNN: Washington — President Obama is likely to lay out a political road map Wednesday for passage of sweeping health care legislation, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Monday.
