Tensions ran high at Howard University Hospital as approximately 300 nurses and medical personnel went on strike in the latest protest demanding more from the prominent HBCU.
A video from earlier in the month shows a three officers wheeling a female patient outside of Howard University Hospital and emptying the chair on a Washington, D.C. sidewalk.
