KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Revs. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton sought Wednesday to steer attention away from an NAACP resolution condemning racism within the tea party movement, saying focus should remain on jobs and an upcoming march in Washington.

Mel Gibson has made big news again for a racist rant against African Americans saying to his ex-girlfriend that, and I quote, “If you get raped by a pack of niggers it will be your fault.” With that line he may have angered millions of people. But I ask you is this Mel’s fault alone?
