A 24-year-old Connecticut woman pummeled a 12-year-old girl at a family birthday party for “looking at” her 30-year-old boyfriend, authorities said.

Candace Kiley was busted Tuesday in North Branford for grabbing the pre-teen by her hair and hurling her to the floor, authorities said.
