The magazine celebrated the very prestigious distinction by creating a cover with the First Lady on a first-class stamp. In the picture, Mrs. Obama is wearing a tiara and is placed in a profile position that resembles a monarch, a spot that has been traditionally reserved for the Queen of England (pictured).

The fashion-forward First Lady, who has an affinity for designs created by Jason Wu and Tracy Reese, can also currently be found gracing the April cover of this country’s fashion bible Vogue Magazine.  On the magazine’s cover, the 49-year-old Mrs. Obama is depicted showing off her best assets, which are her signature toned arms and her new much-talked-about bangs.

With regards to making smart fashion choices, Mrs. Obama told Vogue, “I always say that women should wear whatever makes them feel good about themselves,” she told the magazine. “That’s what I always try to do.”

She also discusses how she tries to keep up with the pretty exhausting schedules of her daughters Malia, 14 and Sasha, 11. “The stresses and the pressures of this job are so real that when you get a minute, you want to give that extra energy to your 14- and 11-year-old,” Mrs. Obama reveals.
