Pinky XXX

Adult film actress Sarah Mirabelli, better known as Pinky XXX, took an HIV test on camera to fight back against long-standing rumors that she contracted the illness while having unprotected sex in the porn industry and to also raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

During the 15 minute video, Mirabelli shared some of the following devastating statistics:

One of five people living with HIV are unaware of their infection; every nine and a half minutes, someone is infected with HIV; gay and bi-sexual men of all races are the most severely affected by HIV.

“When you have unprotected sex with someone, you’re putting your life in another person’s hands,” said Mirabelli.

After saying that people were harassing her family and friends with the rumors, Mirabelli decided to get tested and share her results, but to also use her “influence” to educate herself and others.
