Now, 66-year-old Jacqueline Deravin, a disabled former jail guard, is facing charges of resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, harassment and menacing. Her lawyer, Bonita Zelman, wants a judge to order a grand jury to investigate what she said yesterday is a clear-cut case of police brutality.
