It’s the beginning of the year, so it’s New Year’s resolution time, and at the top of most people’s lists is to get in shape. Dr. Ian Smith dropped by “NewsOne Now” to discuss his new book, “Super Shred Diet,” to get people in gear for the New Year.
“Super Shred is that quick boost,” said Dr. Smith. “You’re starting the New Year off, you want to see quick results and people say it’s a program they can follow because they can mix up foods. You’re just not always eating vegetables; you’re not always eating fruits.”
