An Oklahoma City police complaint states that on the night of December 21, the 33-year-old man was reportedly intoxicated at the time of the incident involving the victim, his stepfather, 58-year-old Denver St. Clair.

Davis reportedly became enraged at St. Clair’s residence when his step-dad began badmouthing his mother. The police affidavit details how Davis “grabbed St. Clair’s underwear and pulled the elastic waistband of his underwear up over his head and around his neck.”

The aggressive underwear tugging and yanking left ligature marks around the victim’s neck.  Investigators also found evidence of blood in the kitchen, living room, and on the living room ceiling.
