Wendy Williams is officially moving on with her life. She is divorcing her husband Kevin Hunter of nearly two decades and he is not fired as the executive producer of her talkshow.

A spokesperson for her show, which is produced by Debmar-Mercury, told Page Six, “Kevin Hunter is no longer an Executive Producer on the ‘Wendy Williams Show.’ Debmar-Mercury wishes him well in his future endeavors.”

Bossip is reporting Hunter will receive $10 million to “go quietly.”

That said, things could get complicated. In 2013, Williams and Hunter were on Howard Stern‘s SiriusXM show and revealed — even after he cheated — that she and her husband, manager and the executive producer of “The Wendy Williams Show,” didn’t have a prenup.

Celebrity Net Worth reported that the talk show host was worth an incredible $40 million. She reportedly has a salary that has paid $10 million a year for her show, which breaks down to about $55,000 per episode. On the other hand, Celebrity Net Worth had Hunter’s monetary value listed at $10 million. Without a prenup, Williams could lose millions.

New Jersey, which is where the couple made their home, is considered an equitable division state. Therefore, their marital assets “are divided in such a manner determined to be fair — but not necessarily equal — by the courts,” according to Riker.com. Her husband could receive half or maybe less but it will certainly be significant considering the role he has played in her career.

Additionally, the chips are falling hard for Kevin Hunter. On April 13, Aveon Falstar, a former artist of Hunter, alleged on the podcast unWineWithTashaK” that he had a sexual relationship with him throughout last year. He accused Hunter of abuse and said his attorneys sent a “pre-suit” demand letter that addressed sexual assault and sexual humiliation. He admitted to asking for an undisclosed amount of money. Watch the interview — it is graphic:

Hunter’s attorney has denied all allegations.

Sharina Hudson, Hunter’s alleged mistress, reportedly gave birth to their child last month. Hunter also allegedly bought Hudson a home just down the street from where he was living with Williams.

Kevin Hunter and Wendy Williams are divorcing after nearly 22 years of marriage.
