U.S. Department of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona's visit to "The Breakfast Club" touting the Biden Administration's purported dedication to HBCUs exposed his ignorance about the recent student-led protests at Howard University.

Leslie T. Fenwick, the former dean emeritus of the Howard University School of Education and a professor of educational policy and leadership, has emerged as one of Joe Biden's cabinet finalists to lead the U.S. Department of Education. 

Civil rights advocates are troubled by Hilary Clinton protester and conservative writer Candice Jackson --- who Betsy DeVos announced Wednesday as the deputy assistant secretary and acting head of the U.S. Department of Education's Office For Civil Rights --- having once said that she was discriminated against for being White.

According to author Monique Morris, Black girls make up 16 percent of American school students, but account for over 33 percent of school arrests.

The plaintiff, Abigail Noel Fisher, charged the ruling was unfair and that she was a victim of racial discrimination.
