It is common for a Black parent to fear their child experiencing racism, discrimination, or simply being in an environment that encourages poor moral and academic standards.

Some parents are concerned about quality of education, while others worry about violence or racism.

In a nation that can be a dangerous place for all children, how do you prepare them for the world?

Do you teach them about racism?

Do you put them in private or public schools?

Is teaching them about their culture important?

Who are they supposed to trust?

What can you instill in them to ensure success?
