The president of the Houston Police Officer's Union, Doug Griffith, defended the HPD officer who shot and killed Jalen Randle.
29-year-old Jalen Randle was shot and killed in Houston, Texas, last week and his family is outraged and looking for answers. Police were after him over felony warrants. He was shot after exiting a car with a bag HPD said contained a gun.
