Miya Ponsetto is back in the news again after pleading not guilty to felony hate crime charges related to a deeply disturbing December incident where she assaulted Keyon Harrold Jr., after falsely accusing him of stealing her phone.

Miya Ponsetto continued her air of superiority during a recent court hearing when she told a judge she would like to avoid jail.

A L.A. County judge dropped a Feb. 2020 public intoxication case against Miya Ponsetto on Thursday after her lawyer argued it was an isolated incident and pointed to her lack of a criminal record during the time of her arrest.

On the day she attacked a 14-year-old Black teen, Miya Ponsetto reportedly used a fire extinguisher to bash her way into her Airbnb after she locked herself out.

Miya Ponsetto, the woman more popularly known as "SoHo Karen," was finally arrested nearly two weeks after she assaulted a Black teen in a New York City hotel that was caught on viral videos.

"We are not interested in what she has to say, in her feigning remorse, and we certainly will not provide her a public platform and audience to do as much," a joint statement from the parents of Keyon Harrold Jr. reads.

Miya Ponsetto, the white woman dubbed as "SoHo Karen," is now pulling out all the stops to evade responsibility for attacking a 14-year-old Black teen on Dec. 26.

It's been well over a week since Miya "SoHo Karen" Ponsetto assaulted Keyon Harrold Jr. and his father in an undisputed incident caught on video. So why hasn't the NYPD arrested and charged her?

After falsely accusing the 14-year-old son of jazz artist Keyon Harrold of theft, the woman we've come to know as "SoHo Karen" seems to have a less than exemplary rap sheet of her own.

The white woman captured attacking Keyon Harrold and his son could soon be charged with assault, grand larceny or attempted robbery stemming from the December 26 incident.
