LOS ANGELES- Laurence Fishburne, Taraji Henson and Idris Elba have all been nominated for Emmys this year. Fishburne for his role as Thurgood Marshall in the HBO movie, Thurgood, and Elba for his role as detective John Luther in the BBC series, “Luther.” Taraji P. Henson was nominated for her role as Tiffany Rubin in the Lifetime movie “Taken From Me: The Tiffany Rubin Story.”

No African American actors were nominated for any sitcoms or dramas.
