People steal caskets all the time. Color has nothing to do with it. Funeral homes go back and put the bodies in boxes and resell the caskets without the family’s knowledge. So if you ever buried a family memeber with jewerly or anything of value it is no longer there.Stop trying to play the race card it’s really getting old.

That is pretty messed up for someone to do that. I know a grave is not as important as the departed soul but the grave of Emmett Till is one of the most ultimate examples of a grave that should be kept at peace and in its most healthy preserved form. He suffered dearly, peace is not a hard thing to ask for.

Race has everything to do with it. As a person coming from Chicago and having family there it is important that everyone rests in peace. Isn’t it ironic that a scheme to this extent has not been publicized in any predomantly white cemetaries. I hate when people act as though race has nothing to do with it like racism doesn’t exist. The messed up part about this is that the owner of the cemetary is an Afican American and I feel that he along with his crew screwed his own people.

Why are you doing this to us? Can we not settle our differences? To inform you lately i havent even been watching the news but lately i had a dream about me and all the african american race doing a rally because segregation was yet another part of our worries in the near future and it was scary because president obama was standing right next to me in the dream like martin luther king. The real scary thing is that i have never met president Obama and that my dreams usually come true….Be blessed we are reverting back to the times….so be prayed up.

Its heartbreaking knowing that these families have already lost there loved one once, now to lose them again, it’s such a shame. People need to get over themselves and stop hurting others that have done nothing wrong to them. These people didn’t deserve to have their families final resting place destroyed so that greedy people could make a quick buck. It’s disgusting and makes me sick to think about it.
